By placing an order you confirm you are at least 18 and agree to these Terms. We may update these Terms at any time; the version posted at the time of your order applies.

3. Product Information

We aim to keep product information accurate and up to date. Food supplements are not a substitute for a varied diet and healthy lifestyle. Always read labels and follow directions. If you are pregnant, nursing, have a medical condition or take medication, consult a healthcare professional.

4. Orders & Acceptance

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept when we send an order confirmation email. We may refuse or cancel an order (e.g., stock, pricing errors, suspected fraud). If payment was taken, we’ll refund you promptly.

5. Prices & Payments

Prices are shown in GBP and include VAT where applicable. We accept major payment methods shown at checkout. If a pricing error is discovered, we may cancel and refund the order before dispatch.

6. Shipping & Delivery

Delivery options, fees and timeframes are outlined on our Delivery & Shipping page. Timeframes are estimates from dispatch, not order time. Risk passes on delivery to the address provided.

7. Returns & Refunds

Our policy is outlined on the Returns & Refunds page. For hygiene and safety, opened supplement containers can’t be returned unless faulty. This does not affect your statutory rights.

8. Subscriptions

Subscribe & save orders renew automatically at the stated interval until cancelled. You can pause, skip, or cancel anytime before the next billing date. See our Subscription Terms for details.

9. Promotions

Promotions/coupons can’t be combined unless stated. They may be changed or withdrawn at any time.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on this site (text, graphics, logos, images) is our property or used with permission and may not be used without prior consent.

11. Liability

We are not liable for any indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales. Courts of England & Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, without prejudice to your local consumer rights.
