Purchase Options – Cancellation Policy

This Cancellation Policy explains how to cancel one-time purchases, subscriptions, and any pre-orders. It applies to purchases made directly from Essential Nutritionist.

1) One-Time Purchases

  • Before dispatch: Contact us as soon as possible and we’ll cancel your order and issue a full refund if it has not yet been dispatched.
  • After dispatch: If your order has shipped, please follow our Returns & Refunds policy. For hygiene and safety, opened supplement containers cannot be cancelled/returned unless faulty.
  • Cooling-off period (UK): You may cancel within 14 days of delivery and return unopened items in original condition for a refund of the product price (see Returns for process and exclusions).

2) Subscriptions (Subscribe & Save)

  • You can cancel, pause, or skip anytime before your next billing date via your account or by contacting us.
  • Once a renewal order is processed or dispatched, it cannot be cancelled; please refer to Returns & Refunds for unopened returns.
  • Price or schedule changes will be notified in advance; you may cancel before the change takes effect.

3) Pre-Orders (if offered)

  • Before dispatch: Cancel anytime for a full refund.
  • After dispatch: Follow the Returns & Refunds policy for unopened items.

4) How to Request a Cancellation

  1. Email support@essentialnutritionist.com or call +44 7305 430927 with your order number.
  2. If the order has not dispatched, we will cancel and confirm by email.
  3. If shipped, we will provide return instructions (unopened items only, unless faulty).

5) Refunds

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank/card provider to post the credit.
  • If your item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos; we’ll replace or refund as appropriate.
