30-Day Returns (Unopened)

If you change your mind, you can return unopened and unused products in original condition within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product price.

Opened Items / Safety

For hygiene and safety, we can’t accept returns of opened supplement containers unless the item is faulty or damaged. If there is a quality or safety issue, contact us within 7 days of delivery with your order number and photos.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we’ll replace it or refund you. Please email photos and your order number within 7 days of delivery so we can help quickly.

How to Start a Return

  1. Email support@essentialnutritionist.com with your order number and reason for return.
  2. We’ll reply with return instructions and the returns address.
  3. Pack items securely; include your order name/number inside the parcel.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method. Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank/card provider to post the credit.

Return Shipping Costs

For change-of-mind returns, you’re responsible for return postage. We recommend a tracked service. If the item was faulty/incorrect, we’ll cover reasonable return costs or provide a pre-paid label.
