UK Shipping

• FREE Standard Delivery to Mainland UK on all orders.
• Handling time: dispatch in 1–2 business days.
• Typical delivery time: 2–4 business days after dispatch.
• Express options may be available at checkout (charged).

UK Regions Outside Mainland

For Highlands & Islands, Channel Islands, Isle of Man and Northern Ireland, delivery times may be slightly longer and/or carry a small surcharge shown at checkout.

Tracking & Delivery Issues

• You’ll receive a dispatch email (and tracking if available).
• If a parcel is delayed or missing, contact us within 7 days of the estimated delivery date so we can investigate.
• Please ensure your address details are correct at checkout; we can’t replace orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

International Shipping
